Agreement

These Terms of Use govern your use of the Goon Counter mobile application and related services. By using the app, you agree to these terms.

Apple Standard EULA

If you downloaded the app from the Apple App Store, the Apple Standard EULA also applies. These terms supplement (and do not replace) the Apple Standard EULA.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the app.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity under your account.

Subscriptions and Billing

• Subscriptions are auto-renewing and billed through your Apple ID unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Pricing and duration are shown in the app and at the time of purchase.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings.
• Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their policies.

Acceptable Use

• Do not abuse, harass, or harm others using the app.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the service.
• Use the app only for lawful purposes.

Your Content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a limited license to host, store, and process that content solely to operate the app.

Health Disclaimer

Goon Counter provides self-help tools and is not a medical or clinical service. It does not provide professional medical advice or treatment.

Termination

You may stop using the app at any time and delete your account from the settings screen. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.

Disclaimers

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date above and notify you in-app if required.
